HDFC:Housing Development Finance Corp Limited (HDFC) has announced acquirement of majority stake in ApolloMunich Health Insurance from the Apollo Hospitals Group & Munich Health for Rs1347crore and will amalgamate the company with its subsidiary HDFC ErgoGeneral Insurance.  The stock action will be seen in today’s trading session. 

On Wednesday, the HDFC stock closed at Rs.2180.90 per share up 1.30pc from previous close of Rs2153/share on the NSE.

Rajesh Exports: One of global leaders in the Gold business, Rajesh exports has secured a prestigious order worth Rs942crore of designer range of jewellery from Germany. 

On Wednesday, the RajeshExports stock closed at Rs.696.90/share up 1.28pc from previous close of Rs688.10/share on the NSE.

AdaniGroup: AdaniGreen Energy has said its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani RenewableEnergy Park has secured 600-Mega watt solar hybrid projects in tender toute by state-run SolarEnergy Corp of India (SECI).

On Wednesday, the AdaniGreen Energy stock closed at Rs.39.50/share down 3.19pc from previous close of Rs40.80/share on the NSE.
