Indian stock benchmark indices ended near 1-pc
higher on Wednesday, post Washington keep back tariffs on certain
Chinese imports, bringing respite to markets across Asia.
Over 130 stocks hit their one-year-lows and some
stocks touched their One-year-highs on the NSE, on Wednesday. Among
the stocks that touched their One-Year-highs were Apollo Hospitals,
Berger Paints and Aavas Financiers, whose final stock prices are as
Apollo Hospitals rose 9.26% to hit its
One-year-highs of Rs.1445-per share on the NSE. The closed closed
at Rs.1365.40 up by Rs.42.90 or 3.24% from its previous closing.
Berger Paints rose 0.5% to hit its One-year-highs
of Rs.365.40 per share. The closed closed at Rs.364.45 up by 0.25%
from its previous closing.
Aavas Financiers surged 4.61% to hit its
One-year-highs of Rs.1599 per share. The closed closed at Rs.1575 up
by 3.05% from its previous closing.
On the flip side, over 130 stocks touched their
One-Year-Lows on the NSE, which include M&M, Ashok Leyland,
Britannia, Glenmark and Tata Elxi, whose current quotes are as
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) declined 1.92%
to hit its One-Year-Low of Rs.502.55 per share on the NSE. However,
the stock closed at Rs.522-per share, up by 1.87% from previous
Ashok Leyland declined 2.03% to hit its
One-Year-Low of Rs.60.30 per share on the NSE. The closed higher at
Rs.62.40, up by 1.38% from the last close.
Britannia Industries hit its One-Year-Low of
Rs.2470 per share, and closed at Rs.2471, down by 1.63% from previous
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals share price hit its
One-year-Low at Rs.379.50 and on closing share price concluded at
Rs.383.25-per share, down by 7.78% from its previous closing.
Tata Elxsi share price hit its 5 One-year-Low of Rs.592.25 per share on the NSE. The stock closed at Rs.614.75, up by 0.64% from its previous closing.
