Among specific stocks, Adani Gas rose 14% to Rs 110.85 on NSE on Thursday, keeping up its rally of over 25% in the past two days, over which the company entered the Rs 100-billion market cap.
However, Indigo shares recovered its lows during the day’s trade on value buying. During first afternoon hours of trade, shares of InterGlobe Aviation were trading 6.25 percent higher at Rs. 867.80 on the NSE, while on BSE, its share price was quoted at Rs. 881.95 up by 7.94 percent.
The fall in oil prices attributes to Saudi Arabia’s promise to meet increasing demand as well as reports on surprising growth in U.S crude oil inventories a week ago.
