Market frontline indices started Thursday’s trade with positive gains led by strong global cues.  The BSE benchmark Sensex is up 104 points at 39943-levels, and the Nifty up 35.50 points at 11952-levesl at 10.45am.

On the Nifty Indiabulls Housing, UPL, Bharti Airtel, IndusInd Bank and Ultratch lead gains, while Titan, HCL Tch, Bharti infratel, Bajaj Auto and SunPharma led the loss

All NSE sectoral indices, except Nifty FMGC and metal, advanced with maximum Nifty PSU Bank index which rose 1.76% at 3,313.10 thrilled by media report that the govt will provide recapitalization to PSU banks in the coming Budget.

Allahabad Bank, SyndicateBank and Bank of India gained upto 3.5% on PSU re-capitalization hopes.

Indiamart Intermesh Ltd shares rise 7.91% at 1,273.30 per share. The stock hit new 52-high at intraday at 1,338.00. Meantime, Titan falls 1pc after Morgan Stanley downgrades stock.
