Shares of Aster DM Healthcare jumped over 6 percent in Wednesday’s session after the Quality Healthcare company reported a profit growth by 54 percent at Rs.155-Cr for December quarterly numbers (Q3FY2020).
As reported by the Company in its filing to the exchanges, the operational revenue also improved by 8 percent to Rs.2322cr for the quarter as compared to Rs.2150-cr, a year-ago period.

Following the development, the stock of Aster DM Healthcare jumped 6.72 percent to hit a high of Rs.177.85-per share on NSE during the mid-noon session, while on the intraday basis the share price touched at its high of 181.80.
On the other hand, shares of Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) tumbled near 6 percent intraday, after the Company reported declines in its Q3 profit by 17.3 percent to Rs.158.8-Cr, as against Rs.192-cr posted in the corresponding quarter last year. The Company’s revenue also slipped 22.6-percent year-on-year to Rs.5,679.3cr versus Rs7336.4-cr.
At 12.15-hrs, BHEL stock is trading at Rs36.35 down by Rs5.71 percent from its previous closing of Rs38.55 on the NSE.
Meantime, the Sensex traded higher at 41547, up by 331 points, and the NSE Nifty stood at 12191-level, up by 84 points in trade.
