Market frontline indices reverted its 3-days continuous rally and started trading in the red in the morning session on Wednesday.
At 10am, the BSE Sensex traded at 37,507 level lower by 134-pts and the NSE marked at 11068, down by 36-pts.
Yes Bank, Tata Steel, IndiaBulls Housing, JSW Steel and Vedanta were among major Nifty losers whereas top gains were led by HCL Tech, Cipla, Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra and Gail.
On the sectoral space, the Nifty IT, Media, Pharma and Realty were trading in the green while Banking, Financial, auto, FMCg, Metal trade in the red, with maximum selling pressure in the Nifty metal index (-1.82%) led by losses in NMDC, Jindal Steel and SAIL.
Among buzzing stocks, PowerGrid rose 1% after the company has received approval from the Solar Energy project in Rajasthan.
