Market front line indices – Sensex/Nifty – opened on bullish note on Friday amid positive global cues. Sentiments improved as Investors expected for an additional stimulus package from the RBI.
At 10.50-am, the BSE Sensex traded 529 points higher at 31,132-level and the Nifty50 benchmark stood at 9,141.70, up 149 points.
TCS, Bajaj Finseve, EicherMotors, Bajaj Finance and PowerGrid were among major gainers in the Nifty while SunPharma, Hindustan Unilever, TechMahindra, Bharti Infratel and Nestle India led the losses.

All the sectoral indices, except Nifty FMCG and Pharma, were trading with gains of 2-4.80-percent with Realty and Private banking stocks gaining the most.
