IndusInd Bank Ltd has approved the merger plan between the bank and Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd (BFIL). The share exchange ratio for the merger shall be 639 equity shares for every 1,000 equity shares of Bharat Financial Inclusion.
D-Mart chain, Avenue Supermarts Limited,  today posted a 65.18 percent jump in its net profit at Rs. 191.02 crores for the quarter ended Sept’ 30. The company had announced a consolidated profit of Rs.115.64 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
The stock of Godrej Agrovet Limited will enter on stock exchanges today after successfully concluding its IPO last week. The Rs. 1157 crore initial offer was a huge hit and over-subscribed 95.41 times during Oct 4 to 6.
