Key benchmark indices open lower on Tuesday following tepid Asian cues. The BSE Sensex is lower by 89.33 points to 32,780 and Nifty50 Index fell by 29.50 points at 10098.25 at later morning hours. Shares of Infosys, UltraTech Cement, HPCL, BPCL and Sun Pharma gained the most on Nifty50 while Tech Mahindra, Vedanta, Hindalco, NTPC and ONGC were the top losers in today’s trade. Overseas, Asian stocks were mixed as I.T shares mirrored a sell-off in US tech companies.

Shalby Initial Public Offer opens today to raise Rs. 150 crore from anchor investors. Bank of Maharashtra has launched a share sale to institutions to raise around 3 billion rupees to boost its capital ratios. The Bank is selling shares in a price range of 25.55 rupees to 26.10 rupees each.
Tata Communications: Tata Communications has set apart a capital expenditure (capex) of Rs 130 – 160 crore for its overall cloud business for the coming year.
Bharti Airtel has acquired a stake in Juggernaut Books, a digital platform to discover and read books and submit amateur writing, as Airtel looks to beef up its content play to take on Reliance Jio Infocomm.
